What we liked
Even heating—no major hot spots in our tests. Nonstick coating releases cookies and roasted veggies easily. Dishwasher-safe and the set stacks for storage. Good value for the number of pans you get.
What we didn’t
Nonstick can scratch with metal utensils—use silicone or wooden tools. Long-term durability of the coating is unknown; we’ve had no issues yet. Not as heavy as restaurant-grade half sheets, but sufficient for home use.
